Sawa Market was launched in 2019 as a collaborative retail and real estate venture in Calgary, Alberta. The space was co-developed and shared with two other businesses, creating a unique multi-vendor retail hub. The model successfully merged real estate asset appreciation with recurring rental income. In 2022, Sawa Market was successfully sold as a bundled business and property, delivering attractive returns to early investors and co-founders.
