His practical real estate experience includes land acquisition, subdivision planning, investor syndication, and exit structuring — with projects completed in Calgary and Amman. He has launched, operated, and exited ventures such as Sawa Market & Café, and continues to lead land development initiatives and co-investment opportunities in Canada and the Middle East.

Ibrahim is widely recognized for his expertise in alternative investment and funding solutions. He has structured capital strategies for startups, asset-backed projects, and operational businesses through methods such as factoring, supply chain finance, accounts payable funding, and trade credit insurance, in collaboration with partners such as Export Development Canada (EDC) and other financial institutions.
